TRAQS 2025 Registration is now full. Email traqsfest@gmail.com if you wish to be placed on the Waitlist. 

Please select an option below to pay via PayPal. Then go to the Forms page to complete your Registration and waiver documents as well! If you are paying by check, please remember to complete all forms and then mail the check. 

Please note that if you are paying by Paypal, we do not have a shopping cart option so if you are purchasing the paddle making class or extra shirt, each will need to be a separate purchase transaction through Paypal.

Please note our cancellation policy:

-100% refund if canceling by April 1st.  (Less applicable fees such as PayPal and credit card transactions, sorry about that!)
-0% refund if canceling less than one month before the start of the event, (Registration will be held for the next TRAQS where possible).

The Camp policy requires all rooms and cabins to be at least double occupancy. Unfortunately, single rooms are not available. 

We hope to accommodate everyone, but reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis with full payment and your registration paperwork. 

Sunday lunch is included but certainly not mandatory. A 3:00 PM check out is available for anyone staying for lunch. There is a checkbox on the Registration form to indicate whether you will stay for lunch on Sunday.
